How can a camping trip turn into your worst nightmare?
Anna's life takes a dark turn when she's caught trespassing on pack land. But instead of calling the police, the Alpha hands Anna over to Thorn, one of the pack’s most feared enforcers.
With a chilling order: Take what you want from her.
To Thorn, she's just a weak human—beneath his notice. But Anna isn’t willing to be anyone’s prisoner. She’s biding her time, plotting her escape from the pack and the brute tasked with guarding her.
Yet, she’s not the only one watching. There are other eyes on her...
And even as Thorn chains her to his bed every night, something begins to shift. His reluctance fades, replaced by a dangerous desire to keep her close.
Now, Anna must decide: fight for her freedom or surrender to the forbidden desire for a man who may never let her leave.

“Show me the blisters,” Thorn's deep voice cut through her troubled thoughts.
“This one is the worst,” Anna said, showing her right hand.
He held on to it while he checked it over with a frown on his forehead.
“That’s all? If you were a wolf, these would already have healed.”
Anna sighed. “Never mind, then. I’ll survive.” Anna tried to pull her hand away from him, but he held on tight. She was fed up listening to how superior wolves were compared to the weaker humans.
“You have a stubborn streak. You should work on that.” Thorn chuckled as if he found her resistance to be funny.
“Yes, Daddy. I’ll keep it in mind the next time I meet a wolf in the forest,” Anna said between clenched teeth. He didn’t look much older than her. But judging by his words, he sounded as if he thought he was her boss or someone who thought he could order her about.
Thorn glared at her. “You don’t want to test me, Human.”
“Just get it over with, Wolf. I’ve already been threatened within the inch of my life more times than I can count during this day. I stopped caring a few hours ago.”
“Who threatened you?”
“All of you. If you plan to kill me, why don’t you just do it and get it over with? Instead of boring me to death first.” Anna knew it was stupid to challenge him, but she was too tired to hide her thoughts.
“You’ve got the wrong idea. We don’t intend to kill you. If we did, we would have done it already.” Thorn gave her more information than she had expected to receive. He cleaned her wounds, making her wince at the alcohol as it entered her open wounds. Then he smeared enough salve to keep her hand wet for a long while and wrapped a bandage around it. It was obvious he knew his way around medical treatment despite his reluctance to help her.
“You don’t?” Anna asked, fearing she wouldn’t like his answer.
“No. Our pack needs mates, not dead bodies.”
“What does that mean?” Anna asked, even if she thought she knew where this was heading.
‘Hadn’t she heard some rumours about mates being the wolves' partners?’
He grinned as if he knew what she feared. “A human can still be bred, notwithstanding you’re far weaker than us.”
