DoggCrapp Training, or DC Training, is a weight training methodology created by Dante Trudel, a southern California, power-bodybuilder.
Dante promoted it heavily back 1994-95 in a bimonthly journal he published called HARCORE MUSCLE. Only back then it was simple known as a multi-rep rest/pause theory which employed the use of heavy, heavy weights on compound exercises.
