Description

Action by plaintiffs Joseph Nechodomu, Jr., a minor, by Frank A. Murphy, his guardian ad litem, and Joseph Nechodomu against defendants Wilbert Lindstrom, Jr., Robert Abts, Gerald Lambert and Donald Zinda, also known as Dominic Zinda, doing business as Lambert and Zinda Implement Company, for damages arising out of the injury of the minor when he placed his hand into a machine owned and operated by defendant Abts on the premises of the defendants Lambert and Zinda. Lambert and Zinda demurred to the amended complaint and from an order overruling the demurrer, said defendants appeal.
