Description

Defendant, a thirty-five-year-old male, moved to St. George, Utah in early 1991. Shortly thereafter, he met the victims mother at her place of business, the Inner Faith Bookstore (the bookstore). Over the next six months, defendant and the victims mother became friends, and eventually the victims mother rented space to defendant at the bookstore, where he conducted a series of weekly Bible study classes.
