Greggory R. Devore v. Ihc Hospitals

Plaintiff Greggory R. DeVore, M.D., appeals from a Third District Court order denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award granted in favor of defendant Intermountain Health Care Hospitals ("IHCH"). Dr. DeVore filed the motion under section 78-31a-14 of the Utah Code. We affirm and remand.
