Lisa Hooley Olsen v. Harold K. Hooley

The trial court dismissed plaintiffs complaint on the ground that it was barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Plaintiff appeals, arguing that because she had repressed all memory of the operative facts until after the limitations period had run, the statute of limitations was tolled. We reverse and remand.
