State Vermont v. Jacob Levine

This respondent was charged in separate informations as accessory before the fact of burglary and as accessory before the fact of grand larceny. He pleaded not guilty and the two cases were tried together. Trial was by jury with a verdict and judgment of guilty in both cases and they are here on the respondents exceptions.
