Alicia Larson v. Marc Larson

Alicia Larson appeals the trial courts order modifying the child custody and visitation provisions of a divorce decree. She also challenges the trial courts decision not to award her costs and attorney fees incurred in contesting the modification of the divorce decree initiated by her ex-husband. We reverse the trial courts ruling modifying the divorce decree, but affirm its decision not to award costs and attorney fees.
