Louis Pacella was a Genovese soldier/caporegime who was a close friend of singer Frank Sinatra. Pacella is most noted for taking an illegal $50,000 from Westchester Theater Corporation in the late 1970s. Pacella was tied to a conspiracy that effectively bankrupted the Greenburgh, New York theater. My e-book looks at Pacella's links to Sinatra and his ties to Gambino family members, especially Gregory DePalma. Louis Pacella also ran a restaurant in Manhattan. Raised in New York City, "Louie Domes" was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He joined the military at Governor's Island in August 1942.
