John Delutro was a Gambino family soldier who was indicted by federal agents for heroin and cocaine trafficking in December 2000. Delutro was one of six mobsters from four different New York crime families to be indicted. Delutro, the son of Gambino soldier Anthony "Tony West" Delutro, is best known as the proprietor of the Mulberry Street Caffe Palermo. One of the purchase deals for narcotics was made at the cafe. My e-book also looks closely at Delutro's associates, i.e. Bonanno soldier Joseph "Little Joey" Chilli, Anthony "Curly" Russo and others. Russo was involved in a comprehensive bust of the Lucchese family in 2007.
