Gregory Semanko v. Department Employment

Two writs of certiorari were issued by this court upon the relation of Gregory J. Semanko to review decisions of the commissioner of the Department of Employment Services, one determining that said relator was ineligible for unemployment benefits and one dismissing his appeal from a denial of another claim for unemployment benefits. Considered and decided by the court without oral argument.
