Divorce action in the Ramsey County District Court wherein the court granted an absolute divorce; provided that plaintiff wife have custody of all but one of the minor children of the parties; and approved a stipulation between the parties regarding alimony and support. Thereafter, defendant husband moved for a modification of the decree, and plaintiff wife moved that defendant be found in contempt and that she be granted the right to take the children out of the state. Plaintiff wife appealed from an order of the court, David E. Marsden, Judge, in so far as it gave defendant custody of a minor son and relieved defendant of his duty to pay support for a period when the children in plaintiffs custody were out of the state.
