Fred L. Thomsen v. State

Action in the Itasca County District Court wherein plaintiff sought to compel the state to commence condemnation proceedings to determine his damages in connection with the relocation of a highway. After findings for plaintiff, James F. Murphy, Judge, the state was granted leave to appeal from said order.
