Wiglesworth V. Farmers Insurance Exchange And Truck Insurance Exchange

We granted certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in Farmers Insurance Exchange v. Wiglesworth, No. 93CA1265 (Colo. App. Nov. 17, 1994), which held, inter alia, that whether the driver of a vehicle is a "permissive driver" for insurance coverage purposes depends on the factual circumstances of each case. We reverse the court of appeals and remand for reinstatement of the judgment.
