People v. Zaring

The defendant, Ronald C. Zaring, was convicted of theft. C.R.S. 1963, 40-4-401. On appeal, he asserts that the trial court erred in not granting his motion for a judgment of acquittal and that the evidence was uinsufficient to support a finding of guilt. We do not find reversible error and, therefore, affirm.
