The petitioners, Joseph T. Zoline and Edwin W. Pauley, Jr., appeal from the court of appeals' decision, Telluride Lodge Association v. Zoline, 707 P.2d 998 (Colo. App. 1985), which held that the trial court properly entered judgment in favor of the respondent Telluride Lodge.
