The Cruise of the Dazzler is a novel by Jack London. The story is set in the city of San Francisco and follows John Bronsosn, who goes kite-flying with his friends instead of preparing for his school exams. His life starts to go downhill one day – he gets in fight with a gang, fails his exams and his father threaten to send him I military academy. Fed up with it all, John leaves his home and joins the crew of a sloop, the Dazzler. But soon he realizes that his new company might actually be bad.
