TACHA, Circuit Judge. Plaintiffs appeal from the district court's denial of their motion for attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to 16 of the Clayton
Act, 15 U.S.C. 26. See City of Chanute v. Williams Natural Gas Co., 820 F. Supp. 1290 (D. Kan. 1993). We exercise jurisdiction
under 28 U.S.C. 1291 and affirm.
