International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers v. Tennessee Valley Authority

Defendant, Tennessee Valley Authority, appeals the district courts judgment enforcing an arbitration award pertaining to the plaintiffs right to staff certain jobs with members of an international trade union, and denying Defendants motion to vacate the award. For the reasons discussed below, we AFFIRM the lower court.
