FACTS. - Sierra was stopped for nodding to a passing police officer and for staying too long in the left lane. When he was unable to produce his drivers license, he was cited. Police asked if he was carrying anything illegal, he said no and invited them to search the trunk, which they did. Finding nothing amiss in the trunk, they proceeded to look through the rest of the car, found Sierras drivers license, and noted a suspicious gas tank. Sierra was arrested for giving false information and his car impounded. His car was found to contain 31 pounds of cocaine.
