State Utah v. Jerry P. Auble

FACTS. - Aubles wife died of two gunshots. She and Auble had been arguing for some time. Auble said she held out the gun to him and urged him to kill himself, and a struggle ensued in which Mrs. Auble was killed. A friend of Mrs. Auble testified that she had earlier said that Auble had threatened to kill her.
