Lhiw v. John Z. Delorean and Logan

PROCEEDINGS. - LHIW sued for breach. The district court ordered specific performance on condition that LHIW tender funds on a specified date. LHIW refused to tender until the appeal time on the order had run, and the district court thereupon dismissed LHIWs case with prejudice. LHIW appealed the dismissal.
