• To taste, add salt • To taste, grind black pepper • One teaspoon of paprika • One quart of frying vegetable oil Instructions • Put the flour in a small dish. • Evenly coat the chicken pieces in flour after seasoning them with salt, paprika, and black pepper. • Preheat the oil in a big pan to 365 degrees Fahrenheit. • After adding the chicken pieces, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes with the lid on, turning halfway through. • To drain, move the chicken pieces to plates lined with paper towels.
