Description

I believe in about 60 years, a simplified version of Metabolic Typing will be taught in all middle and high school biology courses. This booklet arose from thinking about how to make MetType accessible so younger minds can take hold of it; then, employ it for life-long wellness.
While in 2024 the Germ Theory of Pathology dominates mainstream healthcare, what's coming in about 20 years is a comprehensive, top to bottom, re-visioning of healthcare. It will bridge back to honoring not fighting Nature. In the 1980s, the educator, John-Roger came out with the idea of “health from the inside out.” In the 2020s, it’s now possible to put this into biochemical terms.
In medical schools, they start with chemistry and pathology. The old story is germs and Nature are the enemy and must be eradicated. For a new story to take hold in middle and high school, let's tell tell a new story: Nature has a Plan for our physical wellness, Parts A, B and C. Anyone who wants to, can learn the basics. If you do, you'll have clear knowledge of your own metabolic uniqueness, how to test for it; and, about which foods your metabolism thrives on, which foods to avoid, and why.
