OrganTalk can be thought of as inner child work used to talk with organs and resolve disturbances.

Are your organs communicating optimally? How do you know? Did you know you can ASK them? Did you know you can MEASURE how much or how little they are cooperating and collaborating? The key is your ability to self-test.

Talking with your organs overlaps with talking with your immune system. Your immune system is the expert on your body, not your rational mind. Want more vitality?  Your immune system self has the answers.

More technically, OrganTalk has two origins. One is TCM ideas of "liver attacking spleen." The other is a BodyTalk muscle-testing idea from the 1990s.

Primarily a holistic practitioner topic, if this is your cup of tea, lay self-testers can explore this. OrganTalk models how to talk with any two organs, learn if they are friends, enemies or 'frenemies;' and ideas, on how to resolve conflicts.

A more advanced stage is increasing communication between organs and our energetic (etheric) heart center.

Q: How do our internal organs divorce? What separates them? Isn’t our immune system in charge of keeping everything inside connected?

A: Good questions. The answers lie in the nature of our Etheric Body which in 2016, in English, is equivalent with our “immune system.”

Yes, it is in charge of keeping everything connected so we can walk, chew gum, talk on the phone and walk the dog all at the same time. Yes, it is intelligent.

Yet, compared to the intelligence of Waking Self, it's intelligence equals that of a three year old.

How are you at talking with three year olds? Are you wiser than a three year old?

How do people learn this? Very individually; by doing many experiments.

The "language" you can use as a bridge between you and your organs will be one or more of the following: Feelings-movement, Sounds-voices-music, Colors-shapes and Smells-Tastes.

If you can talk with your Inner Child, you can talk with your organs. Same language for both. Some of us had no choice but to learn this language. Not everyone has such strong motivation. No problem. No since effort at self-connection is wasted.

Did you know women's Ovaries are the most fun to talk to? In women, Ovaries are creativity itself. Women are easier to talk to about creativity than men. Women understand creativity starts within; and then, moves out. Men often think backwards on this.

So far every woman I’ve talked to about Ovary imbalance is aware where they feel creative; and, where they feel blocked in their life. It's a short step from there to talking directly with the Ovaries. Are your two Ovaries cooperating? Working together as a team? You can find out.

Q: Why not go all the way down to cells, cell-level-intelligence?

A: Yes, another, deeper intelligence level exists; it's even less accessible. For a very large fraction of wellness concerns, you don't need to go this deep. It's room temperature butter; you don't need a hot knife to cut it.

Many or most cell-levels concerns need the organ level resolved before teh cell-level can resolve. Do organs before cells. Practice regularly and you will gradually work your way down to being more awake and aware of activity at the Delta frequency of intelligence. Cellular intelligence is perceived there.
You don't need to go this deep to learn the lingo of your immune system and ask it its opinion on diet, health and all lifestyle questions.
