Oddly enough, despite the provisions we have just quoted, the resolution authorizing "Refunding Bonds, Series A," 1936, declared that "all property within the present territorial limits" was subject to taxation to pay the indebtednss intended to be refunded, and the form of the bond imbedded in the resolution contained a covenant in identical language.
