Description

The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondent and responses to said Order to Show Cause having been filed, IT IS ORDERED that respondent is suspended from the practice of law in the State of Florida until he shows compliance with the subpoena duces tecum served upon him on June 9, 1993. Respondent's suspension shall be effective thirty days from the filing of this order so that respondent can close out his practice and protect the interests of existing clients. If respondent notifies this Court in writing that he is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the suspension effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed. The Florida Bar shall promptly notify this Court of respondent's full compliance or noncompliance with the above whereupon respondent shall be immediately reinstated, if in full compliance.
