William Harold Downs v. Personnel Advisory

PER CURIAM William Harold Downs (hereinafter appellant), formerly an employee of the Division of Youth Services (hereinafter appointing authority) at the Boonville Training School for Boys, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County affirming a decision of the Personnel Advisory Board of the State of Missouri (hereinafter Personnel Advisory Board) upholding his dismissal by the appointing authority.
