George L. Trimbo v. Minnesota Valley

Action in the Nicollet County District Court wherein the operator of a gas station sought to recover for his damages resulting from a fire therein allegedly caused by the negligence of defendants employees. The case was tried before B. M. Heinzen, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $7,700. The court denied defendants motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and it appealed from the judgment entered.
