Matter Anthony Ferraro

On consideration of continuation of this court's March 25, 1988, suspension of Honorable Anthony Ferraro from the office of Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Ninth Judicial District, it is determined that the suspension is continued, without pay, effective immediately.
