People State New York v. Vernon C. Davis

Appeal, by permission of a Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department, from an order of that court, entered December 16, 1977, which affirmed a judgment of the St. Lawrence County Court (Michael W. Duskas, J.), rendered upon a verdict convicting defendant of arson in the fourt degree. Defendant was charged with ntentionally setting fire to a building in the Villge of Edwards.
