Yoga Class Plans 2 is the second part of a two part series of books that gives teachers and students of Yoga a continuation into intermediate and advanced sequences of poses. Pose sequences as well as videos that clarify certain sections are laid out in the same format as book 1. Opposite the visual sequence, is a written plan elaborating traditional pose name, English translation and length of hold in breaths, as well as some of the medical benefits associated with the advanced poses.
