Yoga Class Plans 1 is the first part of a two part series of books that gives teachers and students of Yoga the essentials for both self practice and planning lessons. It provides easy to follow visual formats of pose sequences as well as videos that clarify certain sections. Opposite the visual sequence, is a written plan elaborating traditional pose name, English translation and length of hold in breaths. This first book concentrates on gentle restorative yoga poses and beginner sequences. The second book covers intermediate and advanced sequences.
