Scalloped Wreath Crochet ePattern

Pretty scalloped edge 9" diameter wreath accented with crocheted flowers, made with size 10 Bedspread Weight Cotton Thread and using a size 5 (1.90 mm) steel crochet hook. Also requires a 5" diameter metal ring.
