Volume 2 from the series titled " Corrosion Science Made Easy" covers the thermodynamics of corrosion related electrochemistry to the concepts with which the reader may be familiar. Also, the need for and characteristics of reference electrodes are described. The origin, use, and limitations of electrochemical phase diagrams (E-pH or Pourbaix diagrams) are described.
