It is not a secret that the United States has a serious obesity problem. There are many factors that have made obesity such a huge issue. Even though this book may contain some less than ideal meals (if your goal is for your children to eat only ‘healthy’ meals), it does serve a very important function. This book helps to get children involved in preparing their own meals, and meals for guests. When children become involved in preparing their own meals, they learn the importance of eating nutritious meals. It is also important for children to learn to have fun cooking meals as well.
