Everything is finally looking up for Akira. He’s finally finished cleaning up the last of the apprentice’s messes, and he can now actually communicate with his many friends. While he’s definitely not bored (who knew taking care of kids could be so much work?), he’s looking forward to getting to know his new world without the constant threat of apocalypse— Wait, was that an earthquake?
With a new threat looming on the horizon, Akira will do whatever it takes to protect his family, even if it means turning to the power of darkness. But some weapons should never be wielded by human hands. Will he be able to save the forest—or will he bring about its destruction?
