Description

The end of the world comes on the last day of school.

In the sweltering heat, Jade nearly falls asleep, while his classmates beside him drift off too. Everyone dreams of summer – beaches, new loves, adventures – until everything stops.

Jade first notices the silence. Heavy. Dreadful.

Then someone screams like a creature out of hell.

The lecture hall door blasts open. Creatures burst through the splintered wood, as if demons chase them.

Only that… they are the demons.

Frozen, Jade can't even think of dying. But he knows he will. There's no escape.

Then Atlas comes, grabs him, hurls him out the window, and flirts, all at once. Jade can't believe his luck. His savior isn't a student. He seems to know Jade, and worse—

He seems to know why the monsters came and what they are looking for.

Or, better said, who they are looking for.
