Real estate agent and super sleuth, Cindy York, is full of Christmas cheer this festive season. She has a closing with a fat commission check waiting around the corner, and is looking forward to a fun-filled holiday with her family.
At the last minute, Cindy's closing is canceled when the attorney flubs the title search. Her boss, Jacques Forte, is furious at the attorney for the mistake, and she tries to cheer her friend up by getting him to play Santa at their annual realtor's association's Christmas party. But when the attorney is murdered during the party and video footage shows that the crime was committed by St. Nick himself, Jacques goes to the top of the suspect list. Cindy will need to find a way to save her friend, or else no one will be rocking around the Christmas tree!
