About the Author:
Timothy Patrick Harley (1845–1904) was an English-born Baptist minister and lecturer as well as an astronomer, elected as a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society in 1883, who authored two books on the moon, the most notable being Moon Lore (The Old Lore of the Moon).
