Hay Bahay

Hay Bahay introduces household terms in Tagalog. The title is a play on words, “hay buhay.” Hay (pronounced as high) is a sound for sighing and buhay means life. Together the expression “hay buhay” translates to “Such is life!” Bahay, on the other hand, means house.
