Horus Hippo, also known as Kwab, was a Dutch cartoon star in the 1920s. The cartoons were made by Marinus Hollanders of Teekenfilmfabriek Hollandia. All the movies were lost until Marinus’ grandson, Stefan de Groot, brought Horus Hippo back to life. Horus Hippo relives his past in The Retroflash but he is mislead by Time. He is needed in the World of Whatif?, a world of imagination. The world is in danger by the threat of Artificial Intelligence. One element has been stolen by Time that creates an imbalance. Oki and Doki have to lure Horus Hippo into the World of Whatif?.
