Let me introduce myself, I am an accredited Life Coach and certified CBT Practitioner.
So, why did I write this book?
I underwent some training recently where we were told that the focus was frequently on creating material for social media instead of growing our companies but thanks to this resource it will take you seconds to copy the quote and put it out there on the web.
I know from experience that life is busy. We don't always have time to search for a quote – and you don't need to anymore. You have a whole year's worth! And that even includes Leap Years!
I have also listed a short biography for each person mentioned. The biographies are only used once during the book since some of the people in the book have been cited multiple times. I hope the biographical details will inspire you too. You will also see that I have written 'BAS' which means 'Biography Already Shown'.
