Description

It's estimated that one million people die per year from mosquito-borne illnesses. Mosquito drones have the potential to triple this number. The world of entomology could never imagine such a mechanical monstrosity like mosquito drones could exist. With one tiny bite, your life could be snuffed in minutes. The bite itches, the buzz tickles your ear, and you wouldn't know if it was a drone or the tiny, natural-born mosquito.

Travis loves mosquitoes more than puppies. All he wants to do is become a world-renowned entomologist studying mosquitoes. He and Camila, two young interns, are thrust into a world where they must stop the mosquito drones or his dream of becoming a scientist will be shattered. Little do Travis and Camila know that surviving attacks by swarms of drone mosquitos will bring them closer together.

Titus Pharma was created on the foundation of morals and rock-solid integrity until a corrupt corporate businessman turned on all of the scientists who were in charge of a mosquito drone project. Eight scientists, hundreds of mosquito drones, and they never saw it coming. How could the scientists have predicted their life-saving invention would be used to murder them, one by one? As the news cycle is filled with the deaths of former Titus Pharma scientists, Travis realizes the only connection in their demise were mosquito bites.

It all starts with an explosion and the death of their beloved mentor. With little to go on aside from a flimsy conspiracy theory, Travis and Camila follow this thread to reveal a plot hidden in the operating documents of a corporation to take over the world one drone bite at a time.
