Pregnant yoga pals Alice, Ellie and Mira are all entering their eight month and decide to bid Brooklyn, NY and their husbands goodbye for the ultimate Labor Day Weekend of pampering and relaxation. At the LilyPad, a luxurious beach side inn, they plan to spend a few days drinking virgin piña coladas and debating stroller brands. On the surface, they have everything in common and surely so will their future offspring. But deep down, each woman has secret fears about labor, motherhood, money, and the end of life as they know it. Through a whale watch, breakfasts by the sea, and even a crazy night on the town—they will toss out the old manual for motherhood and begin to write/blog/tweet their own. That is if someone doesn’t go into labor before the weekend is through.
