Welbo, the little green alien, crash lands on Earth and befriends Koby, Samantha and Gordon the dog.
Welbo comes from Moon Jargow which is Jupiter's fourth moon. Having no way of getting back, he needs to learn how to survive on Earth without getting discovered. Welbo's ability to learn languages quickly allows him to communicate with animals that help him. This leads onto adventures the children had never dreamed of being part of.
Koby and Samantha take on the responsibility of keeping Welbo safe from the authorities discovering his existence and need to find a way of getting the little green alien back to his homeland on Moon Jargow.
Kevin Peter Lee's message of compassion towards all living beings is strongly conveyed throughout the stories. The friendships developed in this story make the Welbo series heartfelt and memorable.
