BEFORE: KEITH, MERRITT and KENNEDY, Circuit Judges Order This matter is before the Court on the plaintiff-appellant's motion for the appointment of counsel. The plaintiff has appealed from the district court's dismissal of his civil rights complaint, filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, in which he alleged that he had been denied his fifth and fourteenth amendment rights as a result of delay in the administration of an estate.
