Description

A jury found the defendant, Paul Greene, guilty of multiple drug offenses. Greene appeals his convictions, raising three issues: (1) the trial court abused its discretion in denying him the opportunity to impeach one of the States witnesses; (2) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction of distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, see Iowa Code § 124.406(1)(a) (1995); and (3) the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to grant a mistrial due to prosecutorial misconduct. Finding no basis for reversal, we affirm.
