United States v. Benjamin

Trevor Placido Benjamin appeals the district courts orders denying his motion to extend the time in which to file a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 (West Supp. 1999), and his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and the district courts opinions and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See United States v. Benjamin, No. CR-96-217-DKC (Mar. 17 & Apr. 14, 1999). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
