Description

Searching for enlightenment or just wanting to know the truth? Alex was. But what he finds leaves him reeling and adrift in a strange new reality; where he is God stretching out into infinity.

Alex is shown his life and all of creation, then the void before creation, and instantly realizes, he is God. This has a detrimental effect on his mental health, so he runs off to India in the hope of finding answers.
Further spiritual experiences cause him confusion and leave him feeling unsettled. Things improve for Alex when he meets up with two gay English girls who are studying Buddhism. After a while he tells them about his enlightenment; they are not totally shocked as they had realized there was something not quite normal about him. The girls decide that he should be their teacher.
A Hindu guru hears about Alex and asks to meet him. It's at this meeting with the guru and half a dozen brightly painted Sadhus discussing spirituality, that Alex recognizes 'he is now the teacher.' The guru asks Alex if he will come with him to a monastery high up in the Himalayas to participate in a ceremony. He tells Alex that they need someone who has seen God to guide them.
Alex reluctantly leaves the girls knowing his path is a spiritual one, and travels for days with the guru up into the mountains. The ceremony takes place on a full moon beneath a sacred twin peaked mountain. Alex thinks he has managed to lead the Sadhus to God as he once again enters the void...
